The adventure begins here!
Hi! My name is Autumn and I have been to every continent and almost every country in the world! I spend 6 months out of the year as a digital nomad and curator of epic travel experiences, and the other 6 months running my 22 acre farm just outside of Seattle. This site will be launched in phases but I wanted to get it out there so I can connect with others who I meet along my journeys and who have the same passions as me! The pages of NUYS will be filled with videos, pictures, and stories of some of the most incredible places across the globe. If you would like to book a once in a lifetime adventure or hire me as your personal tour guide, I offer VIP tours throughout Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, Indonesia, and the entire United States. I am an advanced deep water scuba diver, skydiver, skier, equestrian, photographer, and history buff!
I have been traveling for as long as I can remember.
I tend to gravitate towards more adventurous or culturally authentic experiences when I travel while immersing myself in my surroundings. I want to touch, taste, and see everything! Each continent offers something special and unique: mind-blowing festivals, intimate wildlife encounters, dramatic geographical landforms, rich cultural diversity, intoxicating cuisine, extreme and awe-inspiring plant-life, thrilling activities, and historical structures that offer a glimpse of past civilizations.
My Travel Blog is full of stories that highlight the best aspects of each destination. You'll see my favorite places to ski, dive, hike, trek, sail, sky-dive, eat, lounge, sunbathe, beach-comb, shop, and explore. Along the way, I'll give you in-depth reviews of some of the most amazing hotels, villas, castles, restaurants, villages, beaches, festivals, activities, and islands in the world!
I own and live on an amazing 22-acre farm!
I have always lived on acreage...letting my curious nature carry me away into fields of tall grass and orchards for as far as the eye could see. Climbing trees, fishing in ponds, growing my own food, this is where my love of nature and the world around me was fostered, a love that has carried me throughout many continents, and deep into the cultures that live there.
Currently, I have many different types of animals who live on my farm including horses, sheep, Kune Kune pigs, bunnies, peacocks, chickens, ducks, and even a macaw (named Khalessi) :)
In the middle of my property I have a beautiful stream that meanders through the farm and there are five different
types of salmon plus numerous trout that call this river home. The eagles, cranes, herons, foxes and bears come routinely to fish along the banks. Living with nature is something that I have always enjoyed and I consider myself an expert outdoors-woman and explorer!
